Encamp d’Or© Hotel is an imaginary space created for the needs of a global simulation. It allows everyone to take part in adventurous and communicative activities involving characters and stories around the hotel. Its originality is to offer a French/Spanish bilingual space for all those who learn or have any interest in these languages. The principle is quite simple but the degree of involvement of each gamer/learner can make it more or less deep and more or less artistic.

Encamp d’Or© Hotel is located on a snowy hill, in the deepest part of the Pyrenees in Andorra where people speak and understand quite good French and Spanish. At a short distance from Encamp, the architecture of this massive hotel on a hill is a spooky mix of modern and Baroque architecture which contrasts with small chapels and small landscaped villages around the area. Encamp d’Or Hotel looks dark and luxurious. To the popular inhabitants of the surrounding villages, this palace resembles a haunted castle. Moreover, some argue that the hotel is visited by ghosts. There are always mysterious events going on. It does not look to scare those illustrious and wealthy travelers who come on a regular basis here and spend some vacation time with their family, their friends or alone. Sporting activities are numerous in the Pyrenees, especially in winter. But many festivals and carnivals occur in the calendar of the hotel and the whole area. The hotel is also a basis for secret agents, princes, ambassadors and other VIP who usually end up here living the wildest adventures. This is the place where all conflicts break out, all fugitives look for a shelter and all scandals get unfold. Between fine silk, masks, baroque music, family crises, winter sports, poison and ghosts, Encamp d’Or Hotel will leave no character intact or innocent, among those that each gamer creates and plays like in a role play. Suspense, horror and laughter are all guaranteed in this strange luxurious but forsaken place where one can learn a language while having fun.

The global simulation called Encamp d’Or©, its name, its original idea and its complete architecture is copyrighted according to the Berne Convention on the 26th of September 2016 by Jean-Sébastien Desnanot.

The project Encamp d’Or© alone is left without any commercial use and serves in a free way, other learning materials. All personal editions and additions from gamers and learners are subject to copyleft in the project, under any absence of commercial use.
